Welcome to our FAQ page where hopefully we can answer many of your questions.

{Who is Silverwells.com?}

Silverwells.com was created from the amalgamation of 3 separate businesses - Envoy Communications; Silverwells House; and Drumpark Restorations.

{What experience do we have?}

We have 50 years of combined experience and have access to others with a combined experience in excess of 200 years.

{Where are we based?}

We are based in Viewpark near Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow, and have other facilities in Coatbridge.

{What are our trading policies?}

If you are not happy with an item we offer money back for 1 month subject to it being returned in the condition in which we sold it. We aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchase of goods and services.

{When are we open?}

Nine til five, Monday to Friday and other times by arrangement.

{Do we offer advice?}

Advice is freely available - and when we can't answer you then we have many contacts that can.
